Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a booking

• Before a Worker accepts: free cancellation.
• After acceptance, more than 3 hours before the slot: free cancellation.
• Within 3 hours of the slot or once the Worker is on the way: a cancellation fee of ₹75 may be charged.

If the Worker cancels or doesn't show up

You receive a full refund of any online payment, and we will try to arrange another Worker.

Unsatisfactory service

Report the issue within 48 hours of completion. We will review it and may offer a free re-service, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the case.

Refund timelines

• Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI or card).
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days; your bank may take extra time to show it.
• Cash on Completion bookings are not charged until the job is done, so no refund is needed for cancellations.
